Hi,

Just saw this in the Dutch Coupe forum. Perhaps it has been done before, but for me this was the first time to come across it.

http://forum.coupe-fiat.nl/viewtopic.php?id=426

The Dutch language might be a problem for you guys, but the pictures speak for themselves.

Henk

Each to their own & it's like food. For me that should never be done on a Coop, so wrong, but hey that's only my view.

Well I don't think they look too bad at all tongue When seen from the typical road user's viewpoint they're no worse than any of the efforts that current manufacturers are making

I do know what you mean. To be fair I'm far removed from what I consider bling on a car, or what ever way you intemperate it. These sort of lights are now on my beloved car of cars in my thoughts Aston Martin... shocked Just not right on a car of that pedigree.... hippy

The LED lighting technology used on cars these days does not seem to be the same as these strips with individual single bulbs that I see on the front and rears of coupes. More so the rears. These days I see LED's that seem to be more uniform in lighting and not look so individual bulb-like (if you know what I mean). See pics below.

I like the newer look compared to this (IMO) old look

No where near as bad as i thought they were going to be, i've seen them done before and it usually looks like a dogs dinner.

Again to be fair I feel some of this lighting on modern cars looks not too bad, but adding similar to the Coop although like food is a step too far in my view as said. Still not convinced overall, but that's just my take on things.
