Hi, i've been reading that some setups require to change top mounts out of fiat bravo model as they have chuncky rubber and feels softer, is this the case for replacing standard coil with eibach lowering springs or when fitting coilovers only? thanks for your answers

Eibach springs work well with the standard top mounts and bearings, coil overs would require the Bravo kit to reduce the crash but I've seen many with standard mounts as well so it's personal choice tbh and whether it's a road or track car.

no it's a road car (only used on a sunny sunday)and in our maltese island we have 'bumpy' roads, so if i replace eibachs and put on bravo top mounts the setup will remain the same and ride will get softer, right?

Yes the Bravo mounts have a larger rubber platform in comparison to the OE Coupe units.
If you buy these you'll also need the dish plate that lives ontop of the mount so make sure that's in the kit as some suppliers don't include it.
