Personally I'd say they are nasty and go for a set of Plus clocks if you want it to have a nice OEM finish!

I would have had a set on mine if they did 180mph dials and with volts meter , I cant see it being that hard to install and get working .

Just to update, I made a purchase and received the dials not long ago. However looking on the how to guides most people say it's a tricky job and if possible avoid doing it.
Obviously I don't want to keep them standard. A garage near me said they can do it but they charge £50 an hour and stated it would take 4 hours!! I'm not sure if this is true or they just don't want the job.
Can anybody recommend somewhere or someone to fit them? Or do I give it ago and hope for the best?

Removing the side dash panels and the coloured metal strip isn't that bad tbh if you follow the howto. Lower the steering wheel and place a soft cloth over it to rest the binnacle on when removing. There are about five multi plugs to tease off the back before you can withdraw the binnacle completely - the howto has a couple of new pics in to give you an idea how to unclip them. Now I'm in uncharted territory and haven't done the rest! As a last resort you could do everything yourself except the dial replacement and save 3 hours labour.

Thanks If you do go for removing the centre coloured strip yourself take a tip from the very useful Coupe Fiat manual (which you can learn about under Barnacle and Countrycruising's posts) and insert a strip of paper behind the Pininfarina badge to stop it scratching when you're pushing it out of the way to find the allen bolt hole.

Just about to put them in, got the sides off screws undone, pininfarina badge off but now it looks as if someone has had ago at this before and rounded off the bolt behind the badge, I can't get my Allan key in to bite, Any ideas?
