As per the title really, I no longer have any power to the CD autochanger in the boot (Clarion model CAA355), but I can't see how to manually eject the 6 CD magazine (I'm assuming there is a manual override?).

Is anyone able to point me in the right direction, or am I really in the territory of having to take the whole thing apart?

Sorry but you will have to connect it up again. Or get the hacksaw out.

I'm sure if you took it to a meet, there would be someeone there with a Clarion unit that could power yours up for you

Thanks both - sounds like I was a little over-optimistic in hoping for an screwdriver sized "hey presto" feature!

I've still got my old Clarion head unit which hopefully won't kill my battery if I take out the new one to replace it briefly (the electrical drain was the reason for replacing it)!

I can't think of a better end to the standard Clarion POS than to be destroyed by powertools.
