Well after a couple years of boring, trouble-free motoring I'm back in a Coupe!  I picked up Cowboy's old coupe yesterday and she's an absolute stunner. There are a couple of mechanical issues that need sorting, but I'm in love with the way it looks and sounds! The car is a real testament to how Karl treated it, and I can't believe he actually ended up selling it!! To be honest I wasn't 100% convinced by the bodykit and wheels from the photos, but seeing them in the flesh is a different world!! It looks amazing, an absolute head-turner! So here she is....  Right, I'm off to post in the technical section now for my first bit of help!!

Thanks all! Yea, the photo was taken halfway around the Great Orme! It's a lovely road, but a 30mph limit! North Wales is a great place, I can't believe I've not visited here before! Off to Llanberis today, to drag my missus round 'Power Mountain'! I'll definitely take good care of the car! I'm sure Karl will stick around on the forum! Right, I'm of to re-read the Spa thread........

I need to get sorted mechanically and then it needs party nicely for a while before treating it to any new sparkly bits! The car's been drawing a lot of attention in the work car park already. A lot of my workmates are petrol heads, but they still weren't sure what a coupe was, or at least hadn't seen one a long time!! I was parked between an Audi S3 and an Impreza yesterday - neither of them came close to looking as good as the coupe!!

Cracking car.. I've always loved Cowboys Coupé... Have to say that if I had seen this car for sale I would have been racing you to buy it. If I had bought it I would have probably stripped it too  So I'm actually glad you got it
