Excellent event with plenty of cars to look at, including their new 'dream cars pavilion' and plenty of time to relax and chat too

how much is the entrance fee if i was to just turn up on the day.... reason i ask, my job is very unpredictable and can't set plans in stone.

Getting the tickets last minute is the problem, but if you let me know your full registration number, I can get you a ticket just in case you can make it.

There's no way of getting into this event as an exhibitor without a ticket, but if I already have a ticket ready for you then there's no problems.

You can still attend without a ticket, but you'll be directed to the public car parks and you'll have to pay to get in.

after a google search i discovered the fee is £7.50 for adults as entrance fee... Thank you for the offer to be exhibitor, but i am going to turn up on a day and pay my way, so the wife and i can come have a look around, pick up parts if any look interesting for my needs.

This way the wife and i can come and go when we like rather than being tied up for the whole day. Will gladly let you guys n girls have a gander at my car if you like when she's in the car park if you wish to. I still have some bodywork issue to sort out from where a mobile body repair man failed me... considering doing it myself next year.

Calling all North West coupe owners! Get your name down for both or one of the days! It's a great weekend out, even more so as they've got the Supercar Pavillion this year so it should be busy. We had a good turn out last year. Good opportunity to chat about how much we love / hate our cars and how much money they've cost us! But hey, it's all worth it!

I've just got home and the postman has been with our tickets.

I'm afraid we only have tickets for the Saturday as Sunday is full

I put us all down for Saturday and Sunday tickets and we usually get both, but it looks like the organiser has had to split us with another car club this year

Entering us and getting everyone to let me know months in advance if they can make it or not is how I'm going to have to start doing this event from now on.

Never had a problem in the past, but missing out on Junes event and now only getting one day for this next one has been disappointing and annoying

richandnic and patrickstar, is there a chance you could attend on the Saturday instead of Sunday?

As for the Tatton organisers they are a big let-down this year for such a committed club as ours is, attending year after year.

I'm not sure why this has happened to us this year I know with the first one, it may have been my fault with putting the first entry form in with the ticket entry form meaning other people got a place before us, although it's never been a problem before.

I put Augusts entry form in with all the above and was told we'd be ok for August, but it must be so busy, that instead of saying no to us again, it looks like we're splitting/sharing a stand with another club.

Only bonus is this time, is that we've been put in what's considered to be a 'prime' position

I had noticed that Tatton Park has been getting mentions in the Classic car magazines recently, that may be why.

Ah, it's good Tatton is getting a mention in magazines, but not good for car clubs trying to get in there.

Each time we go, I have to submit our entry to say we'll be attending and guess how many cars will be going and then submit another entry at least a month before the event with all our names and registration numbers on.

For next years first event, I think I'll have to submit all entries in February or March in order to get a pitch!

still hoping i can attend as a person paying at the door to wander around the place on this show.... currently looking ok to turn up, but work can change last minute to dictate otherwise.

will there be a stand / stall selling parts off ?

if i can make it (i hope)... looking for plastic cover that goes on seatbelt anchor point by shoulder for driver or passenger as both the same. Also looking for plastic cover that sits on top of air com compressor, theblack plastic touch guard to cover belt.

No, there's no stall selling Coupe parts so you won't be able to get what you need unless someone attending has any spare and brings them along.

I should be popping down on the Saturday for a couple of hours, ill pop by say hello as I still have never met another coupe owner yet

We'll be meeting at Lymm services as usual, WA13 0SP, between 8 and 8.30 am - there's a McDonalds there for those who want breakfast and I will give people their tickets.

currently looking god to come to this event as a visitor, not a shower. planning on coming in the coupe for people who may want to have a look around her in the car park.

will be covering as duty engineer for the weekend, so hoping there is no last minute call outs.... unlike last weekend where i had to go to 3 customers in one day around the UK lol.
