was wondering what a fiat 24V V6 twin turbo engine would be like in a coupe if one existed... but would have to b RWD or four.

a 24v v6 twin turbo fiat engine does exist, 2.0 and 2.8 litres infact to cope with Italy's 38% tax on over 2.0 engines.

Post 1993 Fiat purchased Maserati and they were still producing their Bi-Turbo engines, so technically there is one, but a flea map would see you producing the same power from a 20vt without the agonising pain of the transplant.
