I remember well, back in the day, the term "coupe paranoia" was well-used around these parts, and I've certainly suffered/experienced it myself!
However, only using mine occasionally these days, I'd rather forgotten about this syndrome. MrsC, however, has been more than keen to reintroduce it into the Cappo household after 10 days of ownership!
As far as I can tell and based on a short spell of ownership, there is nothing much wrong with her new toy at all. However, that hasn't stopped an almost daily conversation of her saying "er, I noticed this today" and me replying "yes, they all do that!".
Quite amusing really, although she has taken it on a run to her parents today and thus it seems that I have the standard "strip and clean the rear brakes to stop them squeaking" task to do when she gets back! I need to convince her that it's all part of the ownership experience!

Or, in the real world, how often is she having you check the oil? I have the same issue with the misses her car but I have to always do the checking for her
