Well if I was going to shell that amount of money out on a new turbo I'd go for the slightly bigger on which has a lot more potential for future planning.

I had mine reconditioned by them last year and there a good bunch

If you buy new one, look at Borg Warner EFR turbo.. Slightly better than GTX

I was driven in Impreza with EFR 7163 (maniac bought first one ever distributed :))
ok, it's a stroker 2.65l but this turbo is something I have never seen before. Full boost @ cc3200rpm, and lag.. what is lag with EFR? Response is immediate.

I want EFR8374, but with all mods that I've spent money on this year it's impossible to me

Don't waste your money on a Borg Warner they should be called lag warner lol my mate had one on his coupe so laggy I would stick to what you know and what have been proven on getting good result.

My mate had the 6758 and it was laggy .. Watch them on YouTube a guy running one on his seat leon cupra r it's just so laggy .

EFR laggy? I have s200sx which is laggy. But EFR is something completely different

Preza i talk about and clio mk2 2.0 both on efr. If you call that laggy please recommend me some turbo that have less lag

Yeah mate the efr is a laggy turbo that scooby from 50 and the other one 100 to 200 he has drop down 2 gears to get the spool up lol and the scooby is a 2.3 so it should come on boost quicker and from 50 that's poor . The best thing to do is to go in a car with a efr lag warner and see for your self because my mate car wasn't impressive only when it got into 4th gear then it got its legs .. Just my opinion and my experience

So, which 550+hp capable turbo do you reconmmend that will spool lower than that preza and have less lag?
