It's obviously diagnostics for the Fiat Coupe but what brand is it?
Searching around I'm guessing it's the Binnacle widget, but don't know for sure.
The software is Startrek.

I'v used it once on my old Fiat Coupe, the car is dead and buried so I want to sell this, what's is worth?

its not a Binnacle widget , its comms leads for a pc with Startrek software worth £10 as you can get the leads for £15 new and the software for free .

this is a Binnacle widget in the air vent about the gizzmo -

It's one of the leads that I made a few years back.

They are a collectors item, probably worth about £2,000,000 in todays money what with QE and all..
