Anywhere that has roads
I need some badly, but I can't have anything lower as there are a million speed humps I need to traverse (and my tow hook is already dangling). But naturally looking for something that will improve handling if possible.

Any suggestions?

Keep standard springs and fit slightly uprated shocks (or even brand new standard shocks - they'll be MUCH better than the originals)

Are you talking different standard shocks as in Fiat have redesigned them or have a newer version that fit?

As I want to do the same thing as the OP, I was researching for better springs and shock absorbers with no lowering and found these: Shocks rear and springs front and rear.

For the front shocks will these fit?

I'm guessing not, in this case, would a standard Monroe shock be ok? or is there some other brand that would last longer or be better?

I used excel coils and shocks and had no problem with them at all [ does what it says on the can smile ]...best check with them by email giving reg number/model etc or by calling them on Phone:01242 239933.
