I drive round the midlands Monday to Friday and I very rarely see another coupe on the road, and if I do they don't seem to be a user of this forum. I wondered who uses their coupe on a daily basis in the midlands area [ anywhere from Tamworth in the north down to Banbury -ish in the south.]

I use my LE as my 'daily' driver based in Coventry. That said it only really goes from Coventry to Warwick and back to work and as I'm a shift worker it tends to be at night! The rest of the time I've other vehicles as the junior Nellos' need running around. Hence I only average about 3-4k per year. MCMike works with me as well and uses his x3 LE's - whichever one he is currently running! Theres a red 20VT in Coventry I see regularly parked up near Canley and he uses that daily though I don't think he is a forum member as I have asked before. mikndo69 is here as well based in Alcester and I've seen him on the A46

I am still doing the miles in mine. About 1000 a week at the moment. I did buy a VW (V10 Touareg) just before Christmas, but that has been so unreliable I have gone back to the coupe as a daily driver.

I use mine daily for the 2 mile trip to work and back! I should probably walk, but why have a car and not use it? Seems pointless to me

Use mine to go to work every day (Walsall, West Mids) and also use it weekends for my other job which pretty much takes me nation wide.

36 miles a day commute, plus family evening/weekend transport and a monthly 160 mile blast to Penrith and back. Will be taking us all to the airport for Disneyland trip this weekend so will find out if the boot really is that usable.
Only been an owner for 6 months but absolutely amazed by its reliability (finding some wood to touch). Starts without issue when it's minus 5 degrees, heater works very well, seems to have good grip in snow, though I haven't tested this thoroughly yet. Also, surprisingly comfortable and due to current fuel prices not as devastating as expected - well, 23mpg could be improved on, but that's because my right foot seems to have a mind of its own.
I like their rarity, I've only ever seen Big Muzzie passing me during my commute. And there's nothing better than when a work colleague walks over to you and says "I love your car, I've always wanted one...". I've even been accosted in the the local Co Op by an appreciator.

Mine’s my daily driver, but I don’t commute (I walk to work). I take it up to the Cairngorms every couple of weekends – only a 220 mile round trip, but the A93 is a fabulous stretch of road.

refreshing to hear this...as I hardly ever see one, I presumed most were tucked up in a heated garage with a warm blanket over them .

I've even been accosted in the the local Co Op by an appreciator. It wasn't a tallish hungry-looking chap in his 50's with curly hair wearing a cord jacket by any chance?

mine is also run as a daily, i run it all through winter, dont really see the point in hiding it away. i probably put near 150 miles per week into it, probably gets oil changes every 3k-4k miles, fuel is a bit pants but what do you expect, as you all know the coupe is quite costly on fuel but its worth it, id rather drive it every day than take it out for the weekend.

Mine is proving to be the least thirsty car I’ve ever owned.
That probably says more about my past cars than it does about the Coupé though!

Mine is a daily winter car. It gets used in summer too but rotates with the S-Type. Will now share summers with the XKR as well. But 18 winters is not to be sniffed at especially as we have had temps down to -18 deg.C at times and it sits outside.

Mine's a daily runner as well - around a 15 mile commute each day in Leeds + ferrying the missus around with her cello (which fits very snugly across the back seats - which was a requirement for any car :D). I got her in September and have done ~7k miles since then, changed the belts recently and she will definitely be good for a long time to come!

My dad used his as daily driver for 17 years until now when my sister made him buy a car she thought was better suited to an 83 yr old. I am going to have the fiat, it will be my main car
