Wrong question. You should be asking if prices for this classic are finally rising...

Prices do seem to be going up a bit. I reckon what was £2k last year is more like £3k now. Think £9k is a lot though. Having said that, if I had the money (and an understanding Mrs) I'd maybe buy it and put it in my own motoring museum and try to keep it perfect! It's not to everyone's taste but I do like Scotts Green.

I don't think it will be long before your looking at least £4k for a good condition and more like £5k upwards for anything described as excellent or similar. Cars like that are more like a 'One off' so £7-8K and dry store it. Dry use only. You wont lose any money as its only going to go one way.

Probably still very optimistic. Worst colour, cloth interior etc. But agreed prices are heading up.

I inspected a 49k Scotts green with light tan a couple of weeks ago, 1 previous owner with up to date, documented service history and paper work back to the day of its purchase, advertised for £6k and sold for £5700.00 so they are out there selling.

Have you got service sheets printed out Joe? My service book is full and its owed a couple of stamps from your goodself Joe for previous work. It's probably due again soon. Best keep all my stamps up to date to keep the price up if I ever sell it. ☺️
