Currently having a 24' square garage/office/man shad built. Now looking for a suitable flooring material which covers all my requirements. I would like it to be warm in winter, cool in summer. Look good when clients visit. Easy to clean oil and any other liquid off, long lasting. Suitable for one or two coupes to stand on and not mark. Your thoughts would be very helpful.

I would guess one of the workshop/Garage anti fatigue floor coverings might fit the bill.

Whats it going to be used for? clients visiting?

Lino would probably do what you want or "karndean" just not sure if its oil resistant but is used in kitchens so is probably ok?

Karndean is expensive though so probably just expoxy paint!

Because this structure will be used all year round for many different uses deciding on the right flooring is very important. Maybe both coupes will be in there stored there, another area as as a chill out space to listen to music, another part will form part of an office. These areas will change if my needs alter. I might need a bigger office so only one car will be stored there. That's the problem finding a suitable flooring to cover all my needs.
