Yes. They are interchangable. 16VT have one coil more (about 10mm taller front springs) and are progressive whereas 20VT are a bit shorter and liner - rear are the same. I actually use 16VT springs and dampers on my 20VT+.

Deannn that's really interesting. I was asking after this sort of info in my post in the technical section.
Can you confirm that 16vt front struts/dampers fit the 20vt and what the physical differences are? Thank you.
