The hubs are similar, but things to look out for:
- the width of the upright. The mounting points on the front strut are the wide version on the 24v gtv
- TREs are the beefier version on the gtv, but they are interchangeable if the tracking arm (bigger diameter) is swapped as well
- The hub bearing may be a slightly larger diameter
It is possible that the 16vt is identical though and already addresses the items above (except for the caliper mount). Im not so familiar with the 16vt one, and basing this on gtv 24v to 16v differences, and similar considerations on the alfa 155
