This has been covered many, many times. IMHO, best value for money are MTEC rotors. You can buy hem directly via their www or via eBay. Great for everyday driving and track days.

Thanks for the replies, may be there should be a sticky.

I thought Mtec were best avoided. Either way they are not cheap after postage to Australia. They want almost as much for the postage as the they do for the parts.

Std Brembo rotors (painted) seem easy to get.

DBA discs were by far the best one-piece discs I've ever used - can't get them in the UK and more, but maybe they are still available in Australia

We did several Group Buys on the 4000 series "wiper-slot" discs - very well regarded

DBA is Disc Brakes Australia and they do list front rotors for 20VT as DBA 2160.

They may be worth a call, Steve.

Thanks for the suggestions. I contacted DBA and have been informed they are not available.

If your are to do spirited driving most often, then would agree with MTEC discs with good pads. If your driving is to be lazy with the odd flurry of using the power, then some Pagid or Mintex discs with decent pads should be ok.
