I've spotted an ideal site in the village, however the agent dealing with it is not playing ball - how can I find the owner and talk to the organ grinder?

Land registry office might be able to help.

Be aware though, it may not be well received by the owner. Most people who employ agents do so because they want distance between themselves and the tenant.
