What does everyone else use who stores the coupe outside? Just searched for car covers and stumbled across this. At £200 it isn't cheap but I wonder if it's any good or any good alternatives out there? http://www.carscovers.co.uk/fiat-coupe-car-cover-all-years.htmlCheers! Clint

£200? says £74.90 including VAT for me
edit - you were looking at the stormforce one
I have a genuine Fiat Coupe one I might be selling if you are interested. Will do a for sale thread if you are. Had little use.

I don't cover mine. I'm curious to know if people think it's a good idea or not though....

Personally don't think its a good idea from past experience, short term probably ok. Definitely pays to get a good breathable one at least. I have one that came with the car but not used it yet.

I used one for a while, all covers including the Halfords one that I have had have moved in the wind and this makes chaffing marks on the car/paintwork; superficial but very annoying for OCDetailers. The one car I actually have outside is the Coupe and i find a good wax and regular washing etc is better than a cover tbh. Covers are like gore tex jackets etc never as breathable as they promise producing condensation.

I used the halyards ones on two cars. I put two holes in the front and rear of the cover and tied them to the car along with the normal two centre straps to stop the wind movement. Never had an issue and the cars were parked for months.
Still use one now on my Silver coupe parked at my parents house.
