I drive a Citroen C1 1.2 Airscape in addition to the Coupe for shopping/ferrying my niece about/4 mile gridlock commute to work etc etc, great little car like it.

Got it on a personal lease - and yesterday morning I found that 5 litres of fence paint had emptied itself in the boot! grr never seen such a mess in my life I knew the panels & linings were wrecked, alongside the wheel-well was full of paint. tool-kit wrecked, also it had all ran down behind the C-pillar trim.

With it being a Leased car I knew this was no DIY fix & would have to be a insurance claim - yes if it was my own car I would have attempted it myself

I phoned up Hastings at 11:17am - and by 4:35pm the car was booked in a Citroen accident repair centre in Tamworth! shocked with a £95 accidental damage excess to pay

I know when there is no 3rd party involved the process is quicker - but just over 5 hours from logging the claim to the car being booked in for repair! - I didn't think this was even possible!

Anyone else had such amazing service from Hastings? or was it my lucky day
