Hi all,

So I've started a SocialEnterprise and have got through to decision makers in the company.
It's a valeting bay working with young adults with learning difficulties.
I only require a very small section of their carparks to do it in.
The GM was very positive and I'm going to see him tomorrow to discuss further.
Howev he's been a bit wobbly, so clearly talked to someone at head office and I understand as a large corporate they can be risk adverse, but what I am doing is in keeping totally with the companies CSR corporate social responsibility.
I want to overcome objection as best I can - so what do you folks think I need to do to reassure them and close the deal?

I have Ltd Liability insurance.
Happy to sign waiver and whatever legal system go along with it.
I've also offered the company direct incentives such as - 1 day per month we have a day where all money collected minus staff wages go to their dedicated charity.
I also have all environmental health issues addressed.

Any help would be greatly appreciated all :-)

Id have thought you have most of it covered. Keeping up a good appearance will also be important because you will be linked with them.

I can't think of a lot else

Good luck

Whether they are happy to be identified to others as a business that supports what you are doing (could go either way)

DBS clearance for you/whoever is running it on the ground.

As MRS says, reassuring them re image/conduct on the premises. What standards expected, how enforced.
