Hi Everyone,
I'm Daley and I ve just bought the above car which is a Portofino Blue 97R 20vt. Four owners from new and 79k with the belts just done two year ago by Midlands car centre (Coup specialists I think). Really really nice condition, part history but that's fine, it's only done 10k in 10 year and low owners so it's alright, esp as I work at a main Fiat garage! Just had a service, plugs, and new plates done today, needs a new o/s check strap as its clicking, quite hard to find but I'm sure al find one. Only bit of rust is on the n/s inner arch it's just starting to bubble but that's it. Really nice to drive, just as I remember 16 year ago when I started working for Fiat. My plans are to garage it from end of sept till Apr/May next year new tyres, stage one re-map and that's it really. I will put some pics on when I work out how to!! Cheers folks

Ah, there's a guide for that

But, at the risk of oversimplifying it- let us assume that you are able to upload pictures to a third party image hosting site, like photobucket, for example.

Once done, you get a collection of links for each image. You need to copy the "DIRECT" link and paste it inbetween the following prefix & suffix.
Which you need to quote LITERALLY, including brackets-

[/imgpop]

Where the gap inbetween the two sets of brackets is your DIRECT link from the image hosting site. Sorry- I've had to list them a line apart as the site is showing them as a blank image!

Easy, eh?!!

At least that is how it works on my Mac.

Congratulations and welcome aboard anyway, Daley- we've never had someone on the 'inside' before!

Are you in sales or parts??

Does the franchise aspect remove your feel for FIAT as a parent company?- or are you able to get a feel for the larger organisation above??

Hi and welcome.
Interesting questions from dante?

I would say with the 500X and 124 Spider, Fiat are currently on an upward curve in terms of consumer interest?
They just need to back that up with improved customer service?

A What Car pre-launch survey of the 500X I reviewed recently, often had the comment that people where attracted to something with a character of its own and not exactly mainstream here in the UK. The 124 Spider falls into the same mould.
Bit like the Coupe really - shame they don't produce something similar at present. cry

Welcome Daley, your coupe colour seems to be really popular at some recent club meets.

Above the Reply Screen the 4th icon from the left is what to click on then paste your link in the box when it pops up......this provides the *imgpop* business DG refers to smile
