Does anybody have any recommendations for electric underfloor heating for use under karndean/laminate
Any good, bad experiences ones to avoid or not as good as one hoped?

I will need to purchase this in the next week so would be good to get people's experiences and opinions on it brands types etc.

Cheers

I've used Devi Mat which has been fine for years under tiles in bathroom but not sure about its use under your stuff...

Whatever make you choose, get one that's made with the element arranged as a mat. The single wire element that you lay out yourself is a nightmare to lay & takes forever.

Edinburgh I looked at the Devi Mat, looks like a goer
thanks for that, i have not looked at the single wire system

There is just too much conflicting info on the web, especially regarding insulation under the slab!
Everybody seems to agree that insulation around the edges makes a difference but not under the slab
If its a must the slab will come up and be replaced with a suspended although very shallow wooden floor!

So any experiences with no insulation under the slab would be good to hear
