There is a red 20vt sitting in a driveway in Hertfordshire.
It doesn't look like its moved since April 2015 looking at the old tax disc.
I knocked at the house but it looks like the owner is midway through moving as there is also a house for sale sign.

It's tatty and unloved with some sort of aftermarket back box on it.

Give me a pm if anyone wants the address etc.

I saw the old tax disc on the screen.

I know it's changed since.

I think he means that tax discs were abolished in 2014, so having a disc in the window doesn't necessarily mean that the car is abandoned.

I still see cars driving around with 2015 discs... Which were the last discs produced.

Thanks Gripped. When I say abandoned I mean the owner is not using it anymore and is just parked on his gravel drive and has not moved for a fair while.
I imagine if someone knocked his door they might have a chance of buying a cheap 20vt at least for parts.
