Understanding the basics of proxy alignment (teaching all the cars computer modules to behave themselves and speak to each other on the CAN bus)... does anyone have any info on any particular procedure to follow after the alignment has commenced ?.

Things like everything off and doors/windows closed whilst it relearns Ive done and everything appears to be happy, but has the engine got to run stationary for a while after reprogramming to finalizse the settings, do i need to go for a drive?.

In short - whats the proper method and timescales for the relearning process?.
