I saw the report and thought exactly the same. I think its amazing. Their website says it doesn't last if it contacts other 'stuff', but a few layers of a matt lacquer might be OK.

Bet of would cost a fortune though.

Well yes, but, you'd need to find the car at night so having it slightly visible could help. I'd not want full stealth, slightly stealth would do me fine.
