I
I've set up a social enterprise with the aim to aid young adults on the Autism Spectrum into work.
I registered it in 2015 and I haven't traded yet - aiming to in 2018.
Companies House now want accounts - and to be fair I didn't even look at the correspondence from them (Lesson Learned)
Anyways I called to get sense form them today and accept I have a fine to pay of £150 which I will.
However they need to get the accounts before the 11th September.
Being a noob - I asked If a statement from me will do and a simple spreadsheet with zero balances transactions etc... They didn't give me any advice.

So can anyone help me out with what I need to do?

You need to tell them the company isn't trading / dormant. It's many years since I did this so can't offer any current advice other than the link above which takes you here

You can file dormant accounts on form aa02 on their website.
