I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good courier for a single part that I need shipping. I tried organising something for a different purchase off eBay, going through something called Shipley, and it seemed very expensive

Thanks for any info!

Hi Nigel

It is an engine mount. A little hefty, but not sure of the weight

Yup - Parcel2Go, but I'd advise against picking Yodel from the available couriers

I'd estimate the cost at around a tenner

Great - thanks both. Yodel look on the pricey end of the quotes anyway - had you had a bad experience Nigel?

Yes - several. Yodel drivers are so hard-pressed for time that they give up exceptionally quickly when they can't find an address. The parcel then goes to their depot and has to be collected - stay clear.

Depot won't be miles away in the most inconvenient location possible, like the Bristol one.

Or the delivery driver will either leave it in a totally public place near your door, or throw it over your back garden gate!

Awful courier, avoid!
