Loved Tom Petty's stuff after hearing him interviewed over the release of Full Moon Fever when I was in Alberta. Sounded more like a greatest hits album. Such a character too with a great sense of humour and his voice completemented Stevie Nicks' voice just perfectly.

Yes, another one gone! I always was a big fan of Tom Petty since I first heard that Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers album in the 70's! and of course the Wilburys and lots of other collaborations he got involved in. top guy RIP Tom frown

So many great songs. Mum got me into him as a kid and I’ve enjoyed his stuff ever since.
