I took my old Spring Blue 20VT to 246,000 miles, then I "re-shelled" it. I had all the good bits of the Sprinty transferred over to a low-mileage Moon Grey Plus - it has done another 60,000 miles since then. So - using the Trigger's Broom approach, my Coupe has done over 300,000 miles, but its had two engine rebuilds and a new shell..... For what its worth, the only original bits are the crank and the block
