According to the government website these are the options: Quote: After 23 October 2017, you have the following options: - Walk, cycle or use public transport - Upgrade your vehicle - Pay the daily charge At least they've got a sense of humour. https://tfl.gov.uk/modes/driving/emissions-surcharge/emissions-surcharge-checker
