Any ideas what this means?

Я не смогу купить товар так как попал больницу

It's a message I've had from a buyer of one of my ebay auctions and just wondered what it means. I suspect it's Russian for "I'm just a bloody timewaster and I'm not going to pay for the item that I've won" but I thought I'd check on here. If anyone can read it then any suitable witty responses are more than welcome otherwise I was going to go with something along the lines of "either pay or sod off" wrapped up more polite terms.

Up yours Photobucket.

Next question is how do I get that appear correctly as it pasted OK but now just displays character codes.

translate.google.co.uk says it means "I can not buy the goods since I got a hospital"

Forum oddity, I think; it previews correctly but the actual unicode won't display except as character codes.

Thanks, I wasn't aware of Google translate either so that's useful. I use babelfish for this sort of thing but it doesn't do Russian.
