Hi Chaps / Chapesses,

Just wondering what people think of the above combination. Struggling to picture it and wonder if it would work. Would it look right to have a yellow coupe with Plus Wheels, Dials, Grill and Bodykit - but have LE Front Recaro seats (i.e. Red centre with Black outsides). Or would this look a bit "Frankensteiny".

If it helps, the yellow dash strips inside the car could potentially be swapped for the Grey LE Dash Strips. But it wouldn't have the LE Style Red gear surround, handbrake surround, steering wheel, arm rests, Seatbelts. These would just be standard black.

Thoughts? Good Idea or Bad Idea?

Frankensteiny, me thinks. But if the red seat inserts were changed to yellow...

+1 for Frankensteiny, even yellow seats would look too much imo.

Yellow cars with red bits are the 'in thing' at the moment. I think it would look great, but others might shout "heathen" as you drive past.

Change the kit yes, but for all-black Recaros from a Plus or VT6. Leave the gearstick and handbrake surround black.

There would have been a reason for not mixing the colours originally

I think I'll either refurbish the LE seats and have the Red sections dyed black... or, sell the LE seats and look for a set of Plus seats.

I just love simple black leather. Like being sat in a giant wasp.
