Today I did a deal with Joe and my VIS was px'd against the VT6!

This is not 'normal' as neither of us had any intention of selling (as the VIS has been impeccable over the last 5 years) but a drive in the '6' really stirred my interest. Something to do with 285bhp, excellent oil pressure, great transmission and a turbine smooth engine.

For those that don't know, Joe owned this VIS a while back so it's gone full circle and he has some interesting plans for it.

Thanks to Joe for preparing the '6' to an excellent standard.

I will try and post some pics....

Nice one Tim. I was talking to Joe about it when I dropped my VIS in for a cambelt change. I must say, the turbo is tempting. Enjoy your new ride !

Great to see it's still around Joe. I remember when you came to pick it up and dropped me off that 16vt engine, back in the day!

BTW, the car in the background is the best of the lot, long live the multi laugh

This is how it should have come out of Torino!

A credit to you Tim for keeping this VIS in such good order, I think it was fate this was meant to come back to me as I've been staring at the Italian Auto Moto club November calendar and only realised last week BRM is on there along with Rob40's and another sprint blue which I'm sure is my Brothers, the year I think 2009 or 2010.

Enjoy the 20VT6, I wasn't meant to be selling that one as it was a keeper but that's the way it goes, and you never know if you fancy BRM back with the 2.4 upgrade I'll give you first shout wink

2010 Joe, I remember the poor women from the hair salon behind us not being best pleased with our collective sound-off laugh

Was that the same year Jake was on my Brothers shoulders putting up the banner?
