Sad to hear of the passing of one of F1's lynch pins, Technical Director Charlie Whiting.
The phrase "Tell Charlie" covered a host of "in the moment" issues.....but showed the respect with which he was held.

Really struck by the news. He was one of the guys who tried to keep it all clean instead of it becoming a soccer VAR. He felt like the father / King Solomon of the kids / politicians we know they all are.
