I'd give Sika a go. Rough up the back of the plates first to aid adherence. I use it for all sorts of things now including sticking down the coping stones on swimming pools

Aye that's the ones I purchased some time ago & have been sitting in my shed ever since. Never got round to fitting them, there was always something else needed doing, you know how it is. I'll be fitting them when my Coop comes home. Sorry of no help to yourself.  Just for a wee while I thought you had miss spelled Whisky, until I realised where you come from......  .
