Evening all,

I have had since I bought the car a couple of tiny holes in the back box which you can just hear when you rev on idle, this will probably be changed at poweritalia when I have my MOT in January, but in the meantime until then I was going to try Holt's gun gum or similar to patch the back box, has anyone else tried similar?

Regards

Austin smile

Yes, works well especially in-conjunction with a mechanical repair like a welded or rivited patch if the hole lends itself. I've gone 4 years and counting on one current car.

I've filled the small holes with the Holt's Gun Gum and it has taken away the slight blowing, it's just a stop gap, it will need replacing but I think it will need a bit more bass the sound it muted and it would benefit the 20v sound to have a slightly bigger exhaust smile
