What can cause this engine sound guys? Is it the timing belt?

Many things can cause a noise like that, it could be a bearing, water pump or a pulley rubbing somewhere, I do know I wouldn't ignore a noise like that as cam or an aux belt failure can be very expensive so I'd get it checked asap.
