As Joe says, the revs look correct for a 20V. 140 km/h at 4000 rpm means about 210 km/h at 6000 rpm - also about right for a 20V in 5th gear, not third.
A simple pointer that the clutch is most probably OK - The 20V instruments are set up so that the rev counter needle and the speedo needle stay parallel in top gear.
As long as the clutch is fine and not slipping, losing power will not result in a change of engine speed in relation to road speed. Acceleration will probably be down but the car will still go at the same speed for a given engine rpm in the same gear.
