is there any fuel pressure regulator that rise 1 bar ?
for example from 3 bar to 4 bar ?

Don't get any that look like this though. They don't actually have any parts inside to regulate fuel pressure correctly. Literally just a plastic disc and a spring:
Cheap crap. Comes in many colours

for now i have the crap one as my dead
can you know how much thay boost up the presure ?
now i have 3 bar on idle and 3.5 on boost
so its boost it for 0.5 bar
do you think i can find one that boost in 1 bar ?

This has the be the simplest way to increase your FPR, OE fit so you don't need a manual unit.

Ebay 4 bar fuel pressure regulator.
