I bought the Blink XT system, it has pro's and cons; it's not a CCTV system per se but depends on what you are looking for, I wanted something to surveil the perimeter of my house, the garage, rear door/windows and the cars on the drive. I am really happy with it, it alerts me if anyone comes onto the property, stores the video in the 'cloud' for future viewing has two way comms and IR for night (not the best). I can also view any camera via the App on my phone and Amazon tablet. No wires or holes to drill as all taken care of over wi-fi, security of the app and camera's has been beefed up since Amazon bought them. I have indoor cameras too, they are rarely armed and I am not sure of their 'usefulness' as I have no pets to monitor and trust my daughter! Has up to 2 year battery life depending on usage. I am very pleased with them and together with my house alarm system make me feel safer and better than having nothing at all. Packages 'left' at my Front Door can also be monitored which is useful for me with car parts, eBay etc always winging their way to me. Got my system on the deals that are offered at times; each camera was £75 with the control box at Screwfix, so I flogged the control boxes on eBay as I only needed one controller for the whole system, so paid circa £150 at that price it is a bargain.
