horrible or not the choice is up to him.
I know that buying from China ruins the local economy but it's not for everyone to be able to buy two badges at that price.

I have one of the new (now discontinued) Fiat 124 Spiders, and in the USA & Canada they got a dumbed down Abarth version (it's just a trim level over there, not a pretend different brand) without the side badges and other bits (red trim pieces, Monza exhaust. Owners over there have paid even more to get the Abarth "flashes" sent over from the UK.

But you have a choice, cheap and cheerful (aka horrid, but also incorrect) from China, cheaper second hand hopefully not too bent with the black paint all there and the rubbery backing still there, or expensive OE items, you pays yer money and takes yer choice
