My coupe was mainly creak and rattle free apart from all door panels which had an annoying random creak that seemed to come and go with temp. Thus is the cause:
Front panels. Press lightly on the panel just above or below the handle. If there us a creak coming from around there first check the opening lever panel fixing screw is tight. It's self tapping into plastic so may soon wear loose. If in doubt undo and screw to fit a larger diameter screw. The creak comes from the door panel rubbing on this small lever panel. If there is still a creak a bit of silicone spray around the joining of the panels fixed it.
Rear panels: Press lightly just above the large concave portion above the speaker. If there us a creak then flatten the back seat and undo the two panel fixing screws this reveals. Pull the top two and side lugs out so the top of the panel is loose and pull it out a few inches. The creak is mainly the rear of the concave plastic rubbing in the metal frame. I put a layer of toweling to cover this and it's held in place by resecuring the panel. Again apply some silicone spray around the top edges of the panel where it rubs the other panels if still a creak, but my main creak was the former. Finally press around various places to check it is creak free.
Happy creak curing!
