Unfortunately those figures cannot be converted to g/km without filling in certain unknown assumptions.
The ppm figures in the handbook refer to the concentrations of CO and CO2 present in exhaust gas -- to know the the actual amount in grammes produced in one kilometer, you would need to know the volume of exhaust gas produced per kilometer of driving.
Of course we all know the latter very much depends on driving style/terrain!
It seems the way this is assessed for the Euro emissions measurements is on a dyno, with a rather specific simulated driving schedule (the
New European Driving Cycle).
Without actually doing that measurement, all we can do is plug in a guess as to the exhaust gas volume per kilometer for a VIS under those conditions which -- in turn -- makes whatever answer you might get far from definitive.
