I would also be interested in a PIU style bumper when you have them ready, having failed to sort out a group buy for this previously through Tosca <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />. How much will you be charging for the mesh and glue to go with it?

I'm waiting for offer.. is problem when the hole in bumper is longer than 100cm.. for Piu I need mesh 115 cm.. I found only one kind of mesh www.autods.net/mesh48 (4mm x 8mm)

Price for glue is 5 GBP, mesh probably similar..

How easy is it going to be for the people with FMICs to cut the bumper to kit as i guess the fibre glass wont be as easy to cut compared to the standard plasticy bumper <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Fibre glas is very easy to cut.. I think better than abs plastic. <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

About mesh/nets for the holes; try Hornbach, they have a compost-net looking ace (see my sig) on big rolls. Cheap!

Is it a simple bolt-on job or is cutting and trimming required <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" /> If you were to do a sprint blue, would you apply the clear top laquer too ?
