Found these yellow needles in a 2001 20v turbo plus. Are they modified? Or these are standard in Plus?

OK, I know now...the Plus has got silver dials and yellow needles...sorry for my ignorance wobble

Its those strange looking black dials that always confuse me...not used to seeing them in a coupe you see!
