........... I'd say one of the most genuinely priced examples on the market today, unmolested, original and one that'll probably disappear in to someone's private collection.

It'll probably disappear back into someone's private collection, it looks like it's been there all the time. That's still not what they cost new so as investments go it's still got some way to go.

Another couple of years if this hasn't sold I can see it going off to the USA for twice the asking price.

And then someone will try and shove a six litre v8 under the bonnet, slowing it down immensely,

With an engine that size you might be able to put the rear seats to some use, half the seating capacity and half the value in one blow.

On one of the oddest days driving in my life, I drove: A Trabant. A Maserati Biturbo. A Reliant Robin with a V8 transplant - from the back seat.

The things I had to do for Local Radio...

I've no idea where he got that info from, did they even list how many Plus models were made?

Those figures depend on what the supplying dealers clerk put on the form to the DVLA when it was first registered.

Can be anything: eg my 5 seat Meriva is down as an MPV.

16VT and X1/9 1500

We must all do our part for the planet.
I unplugged a row of electric cars that nobody was using.

I think I would buy a good/mint 20vt but circa £7-10K and an S1 Elise......or use the £23K + to buy a Toyota Yaris GR.

I'm thinking if the economy hits the buffers for the next year/18 months the 2nd hand car market should surely see an adjustment in prices.
