The membership renewal email I received yesterday (9th January 2023) asked for only ten pounds - I thought it was going up in January?

Yes you're quite right, the communications were meant to be altered manually while the software was being updated (which is not as easy as one might think!) - apologies.

It should be "on track" soon.

Thanks Simon no need for apologies I was just worried you might not know, and that members renewing at this not-necessarily-using-your-Coupe time of year might not have seen the increase on the forum.

My experience of websites is that NOTHING is easy!
