I don't know why it wasn't registered but I have made those dealing with it aware. It seems you were one of the lucky ones who received the incorrectly detailed reminder letter - the fee actually went up to £15 on 1st January - but that is our fault, no cause for concern I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused.
