What are the best hose kits to get? Any links for good recommend ones. Looking to change mine from black to red.

If you can't get a Viper (full kit) in red there is a French company that does them I believe - try contacting Rosso on here...

Just like the coupe, when working. However, viper seem to have discontinued the hose kit and I don’t trust one off AliExpress
